TESTIMONIALS

After little luck in finding materials to help my study of Levantine Arabic, I came across this book which greatly aided me in developing my knowledge of vocabulary and idiomatic expressions. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking learning spoken Arabic irrespective of their level of proficiency.

I studied Arabic at SOAS University for four years, mostly Modern Standard Arabic.  However, when I went to Syria on my ‘year abroad’ I struggled to communicate with the local people.  I looked around for a suitable textbook to help me, but I couldn’t find one anywhere.  I was so pleased when I found this book – it’s very clear and easy to use, and has helped me learn so much.  Thank you!

I have been studying Arabic with Omar for two months and he has proved an excellent and patient teacher. Previously I couldn’t find any dictionaries for spoken Levantine Arabic and found this very frustrating. Omar has created a great, clearly set out vocab book that fills a void in the market, with its help I am now on the path to fluency!
